Philadelphia-born artist operating in Pennsylvania.

My practice is connected to the art of storytelling, myth and religion, motivated by imagination and bereft of direct intention; instead, slowly unfolding in unclear fragments which eventually find their own resolve through meditative re-visitation. The visuals manifest themselves in a combination of figurative and abstract language, finding a necessary compromise of both spectrums. There is also an interest in stripping and expanding the involved symbols, questioning the value of prior implication and expectation, creating an identity which exceeds the distilled amalgamates which define analytical interpretation.
